The Events menu shows events from all cameras on the account, plus system alerts.
The Alert screen in the AMLINK Pro app serves as your central hub for reviewing all detected security events and system notifications captured by your cameras. Whether you need to quickly inspect recent motion clips or locate a specific AI-detected event, understanding how to filter and search this feed ensures you never miss important activity around your property.
At the top of the interface, you can toggle between two main notification categories: Event and System.
The Event tab displays all recorded motion clips and AI detections, such as human, vehicle, or package activity. Switching over to the System tab allows you to check status updates, system maintenance logs, or camera connection alerts.
To quickly narrow down your event history, the app provides three convenient drop-down filters directly below the main tabs: Date, Device, and Type. Selecting Date lets you review recorded clips from specific days or time periods. The Device filter allows you to isolate notifications from a single camera if you have multiple devices connected, while the Type filter lets you organize alerts by specific detection categories, such as motion, human, vehicle, or other filter options related to your device.
For faster and more precise searches, the app features an AI-powered search bar labeled Search for AI event. This feature works with an AI cloud plan. By tapping this search bar, you can type in specific keywords or use AI parameters to pinpoint exact occurrences like finding delivery events or specific detection triggers without manually scrolling through hours of recorded history. Below the search bar, your events are neatly organized in reverse chronological order, starting with Today, making it effortless to tap and review your most recent video clips.
