The AMLINK Surveillance Pro software has the ability to add an AMLINK NVR using P2P. This allows you to connect the NVR using its unique serial number (SN), bypassing the need for complex port forwarding or static IP setup. This is only for AMLINK NVRs, a camera will have to be added using IP domain mode. For more information on how to add using the device's IP, click here.
Log into the AMlink Surveillance Pro software and access the Device Manager.
Click Add.
Select SN(For Device Support P2P) and enter the serial number for your AMLINK NVR. For more information on how to locate the serial number for your AMLINK NVR, click here.
Enter the username and password for your device and click Save.
The device has now been added P2P into the software.
