To provide the highest efficiency and security when adding a device into the AMLINK Surveillance Pro software it is highly recommended to add the device using a direct IP address as opposed to using a P2P connection. Using a direct IP provides a direct connection to your device without having to use a P2P server.
Note: Make sure your device is on the same network as your computer when adding the camera into the software.
Log into the AMlink Surveillance Pro software and access the Device Manager.
Click Auto Search and use the auto search feature to locate and add your device. Select your device or devices and click Add.
Enter the username and password for the devices to add them into the software. The devices will be added and ready for use in the software.
