Many of our AMLINK cameras are compatible with select Amazon Alexa devices. Certain Alexa devices such as the Echo Show 5 only support cameras up to 4MP resolution. Cameras set at a higher resolution above 4MP may experience issues connecting to Alexa. For more information on how to connect your AMLINK camera to a supported Alexa device, please follow the instructions below:
Step 1: Ensure your Alexa device has completed its initial setup including synchronization with your Amazon account and the Amazon Alexa app is installed on your phone.
Step 2: Open the AMLINK Pro app and access your device. Access device settings and scroll down until you see Link With Alexa. Tap Link With Alexa to proceed.
Step 3: Tap Sign In With Amazon.
Step 4: Tap Link. This will like your AMLINK Pro app with Alexa.
After linking your AMLINK Pro app to Alexa the device will not be linked to your Amazon Alexa.
