By using a universal networking language called RTSP (Real-Time Streaming Protocol), you can easily link your AMLINK Wi-Fi camera directly to your device. Before adding the camera into your device or software using RTSP, please make sure the camera is on the same network as the device and you have access to your AMLINK Pro mobile app.
Step 1: Open the AMLINK Pro app and access your device. Tap the device settings icon (•••) and select General.
Step 2: You will notice multiple settings options for your camera. Tap RTSP.
Step 3: Review the RTSP prompt and tap Next. The RTSP key menu will be displayed. This menu allows you to set a custom username and password for your RTSP stream, however, it can be left as default if needed. Tap Confirm when ready.
Note: Enabling RTSP will disable cloud storage and stop cloud events. If you are ok with this tap Yes to activate RTSP.
Step 4: The RTSP link will be displayed in the interface. The RTSP link can be entered manually or you can copy it and sent it to yourself so you can paste it into the device's interface or software to finish adding.
