Unbinding a device from your cloud storage plan will remove the device from your existing plan. Cloud plans are per device so this allows you the opportunity to bind a different device to your existing cloud plan. Unbinding a device will not cancel your existing cloud plan. Unbinding a Device From AMLINK Cloud
Step 1: Open the AMLINK Pro app and tap Account.
Step 2: Tap My Cloud Services.
Step 3: Select between an IPC cloud service (camera) or an NVR cloud service and tap Details.
Step 4: Select your in service cloud plan and locate the device. Swipe left and tap the trash can icon to unbind it from your selected cloud plan.
Note: The cloud plan is still active and will be charged until it has been canceled. For more information on how to cancel your AMLINK Cloud plan, click here.
Rebinding a Device to an AMLINK Cloud Storage Plan
Step 1: Open the AMLINK Pro app and tap Account.
Step 2: Tap My Cloud Services.
Step 3: Select between an IPC cloud service (camera) or an NVR cloud service and tap Details.
Step 4: Select your in service cloud plan. It will say "Not Added" in the devices portion indicating there is no device bound to the plan. Tap Add New Device, select the device you want to bind to the account, and tap OK.
The device will now be bound to your existing AMLINK cloud plan.
