Before adding your camera into the AMLINK Pro app, please make sure the device is connected to the same network as your mobile device. The camera should be receiving both power and data from the POE connection on your network using an Ethernet cable.
Step 1: Open the app and log into your AMLINK account. Tap the “+” icon or “+ Add Device”.
Step 2: Select your model from the Add New Device list and scan the QR code located on your device. The correct model number must be selected or it will fail to add.
Note: The serial number can be entered manually by tapping Enter the SN manually.
Step 3: Allow the device to connect, register, and initialize.
Step 4: Enter a password for your device and confirm the password. Tap Next.
Step 5: Select any time zone, daylight savings, or other info. Tap Next.
Step 6: Enter a name for your device and tap Finish.
An optional cloud storage plan can be set up that will allow you to store recordings to a secure off-site location and access recordings remotely using the AMLINK Pro mobile app. Tap Subscribe and select a cloud storage plan for your newly added device.
