If you have lost or forgotten the password associated with your NVR and would like to reset the password. This process will need to be performed locally on the NVR. The NVR will need to be connected to your network using an Ethernet cable and powered on. Ensure the NVR is being accessed locally and has a VGA or HDMI cable, mouse, and monitor hooked up to it before proceeding.
To access the password reset options, click the Forgot Password icon located on the log in screen.
Click OK and scan the QR code provided using a QR code scanning app. Email the QR code details you scanned to developer@amlinksecurity.onmicrosoft.com
A security code will be emailed to the email address that was set on the NVR. Enter the security code into the NVR to finish resetting the password. If you are having issues still resetting your password, please feel free to reach out to us at https://amlinksecurity.com/password
