The device can support a number of different devices, however, if using third party devices options such as IVS and other options may be limited. Before proceeding, make sure your NVR and your cameras are on the same network while adding it to the NVR.
The NVR has a built-in PoE switch on the back, if a PoE device is connected it will be automatically be applied to the channel list. However, for more information on how to add cameras that are not directly connected to your NVR, please refer to the information provided below.
Step 1: Open a web browser and log into your device. For more information on how to access the web user interface (web UI) for your device, click here.
Step 2: Click on the Camera and access the Camera Registration tab.
Step 3: Click Search Device.
Step 4: Select your devices from the device list, click Add.
Note: If the device is not activated, select the device and click Activate. Follow the steps to activate the device before adding it into the system.
Step 5: If the camera status is red, the password may need to be entered manually. To modify the device password, click the pencil icon under Edit. Enter the camera's password and click Connect. Click OK to update.
Step 6: The camera will register as online and ready for use. The same process can be applied to other channels as well if needed.
