The model number for your AMLINK device can be found on the serial tag located on the physical device. This information may be located on the bottom of the device or on the dongle wire depending on the model.
If using a POE camera or NVR and your device is connected to a network the model number can also be found in the device's web user interface (web UI) using a web browser or using the AMLINK Pro mobile app. For more information on how to access your device using a web browser, click here.
If using the web UI on your POE camera, log into your device, click on Settings>>System>>System Settings>> General and locate the Model field.
If using the web UI on your NVR, log into your device, click on System>>System Info>>Device Info>>Version Info and locate the Device Model field.
If using the AMLINK Pro mobile app to find the model number, open the AMLINK Pro app and locate your device. Open the device in the app and tap on the settings icon. Tap General and go to the general settings menu. Tap About Device and locate the Model No, that is the model number for the device.
